Barb had been in the industry for 38 years, and as the owner of Barb Fava's Beauty Salon she is proud to provide quality on-trend full-service beauty to the New Castle community. Her special interests include haircuts and multi-colors.

Krystle spent her childhood watching stylists work in the salon, so it was only natural when she decided to follow her mother's footsteps into the industry.  Her special interests include balayage and the latest trends in hair extensions.

Aimee loves spending her time in the salon using all of her various skills, including cutting, styling, and specialized color techniques... but her last name might offer a clue about her special talent with shellac and acrylics!

Aimee holds certification in Brazilian Blowout, Shellac Nails, Acrylic Nails, Pedicures, Waxing, Airbrush Makeup, and Barbacide disinfection techniques.

STYLIST/makeup artist/eyelash specialist

Candace, like her twin sister Krystle and mother Barb, has spent her life involved in the beauty industry. She loves to use the power of makeup to enhance her clients' natural features, and she especially enjoys working with eyelash extensions to add an extra dimension.

Candace holds certification in Brazilian Blowout, Eyelash Extensions, Airbrush Makeup, Eyelash Perming, Eyebrow and Eyelash Tinting, Lamination, Hand-Tied Weft and Tape-In Hair Extensions, Waxing, and Barbacide disinfection techniques.

Katie has spent the last twenty years living and breathing anything having to do with the beauty industry — she insists that her clients not just like their new hair/look, but love it! She especially enjoys performing color services and working with acrylic nails, and she insists that there’s nothing like a great makeover to help someone feel like a Rock Star!

Katie holds a certification in Brazilian Blowout, Shellac Nails, Airbrush Makeup, Acrylic Nails, Pedicures, Manicures, Eyelash Lift and Tinting, Eyebrow Tinting, Lamination, Waxing, and Barbacide disinfection techniques.

SALON ASSISTANT

Jessica has always wanted to work in the beauty industry, with a special fascination with fantasy colors and expressive hair cuts/looks. She especially loves the beautiful results that balayage can produce, and she is always on the search for any beauty technique that provides artistic expression and personal freedom. Creating nail artwork is one of her favorite ways to express her creativity, and she looks forward to adding to her personal arsenal of skills she’ll use in the future to pamper her clients.
